Understanding Comqi
Take a moment to review this video that provides an overview of the Comqi platform and its services offered.
Step 1: Account & Access
- Verify Login: Confirm you can access the platform and have set a secure password.
Step 2: Connecting the Hardware
- Register Devices: Link your hardware (media players, screens, devices, etc.) to your account.
- Connection Status Check: Confirm all devices are showing as Online within the dashboard.
- Assign Location: Group devices by physical location or department for easier management.
Step 3: Knowledge Base
- Bookmark Resources: Save the Comqi Knowledge Base link for quick access to setup guides and troubleshooting.
Step 4: Content & Asset Management
- Upload Brand Assets: Import your logos, videos, and images into the media library.
- Organize Folders: Tag or categorize your assets to keep your library searchable.
- Review Specs: Ensure all uploaded media meets the recommended resolution and aspect ratio (EX: 1920x1080).
Step 5: Creating & Scheduling
- Build a Playlist: Combine your assets into a sequence or loop.
- Set Scheduling Rules: Define when your content should play with Playback Settings (start/end dates, time of day, etc.).
Step 6: Go Live
- Publish/Push to Live: Send the scheduled content to your active devices.
- On-Site Verification: Confirm the content is playing correctly on your display screen.
- Enable Notifications: Opt-in to alerts so you're notified if a device ever goes offline.
