Many of the issues that players experience displaying content can be resolved by rebooting the media player. This should be the first step in troubleshooting a player that is not displaying content. The player can be re-booted by holding the power button on the media player until the green light turns off, then pressing the button again to turn back on.
If the power button is not visible, the power cable can also be unplugged and plugged back in to reboot the player as well.
Once a player is rebooted, you should see a white screen appear with a number of green check marks that display the player health. If any of these lines are marked with a red X, you should report the issue to support to continue troubleshooting.
